Here’s the really fun part…once the whole concept is approved, we can get down to planning the nitty gritty! Furniture and accessories will be specified, bespoke or otherwise, fabrics and soft furnishings can be confirmed, and all the finishes can be decided upon. At this stage we can provide photo realistic 3D renderings to show how glorious the specified items will look upon completion. Up to date costings will be discussed, and we can set out a plan for the development of the ongoing project and agree on the way forward, possibly over another cup of tea – it helps with the creative flow!
